Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)
The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
Primary Responsibilities- Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
- Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
- Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
- Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
- Washing tires and wheels.
- Testing and installing batteries.
- Using and maintaining equipment.
- Assisting other employees.
- Test driving vehicles.
- Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
- Providing excellent customer service and promoting store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid‑pace environment.
- Frequent lifting of weight between 35 and 75 pounds.
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.
$16.50 - $26.45 per hour.
Full‑time positions receive, after eligibility criteria are met, the following benefits: quarterly bonus, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a company‑funded retirement plan, paid time off, short‑ and long‑term disability, employee discount, and tuition assistance. Higher minimum wage applies in applicable locations.
