Michels is looking for an OSP Designer I to join their team in Otsego, Minnesota. This role involves interpreting route proposals and creating Outside Plant (OSP) designs. Successful candidates will work with AutoCAD, GIS, and Microsoft Office to produce detailed construction and permitting drawings.
A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience is required, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
