Job Description & How to Apply Below
Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (Friday off; overtime as needed)
A day in this role
At 7:00 AM, you roll into a clean, well-organized fabrication shop and review drawings for the day’s builds. You’ll measure and mark premium fabrics like Sunbrella, PVC, acrylic, and coated textiles, then move to the industrial sewing station to stitch, hem, and reinforce panels. Mid-morning, you’ll add finishing details—grommets, zippers, keder, and valances—before collaborating with teammates to assemble aluminum and steel framework.
In the afternoon, you’ll stretch and secure fabric to frames for that crisp, professional finish, test moving components for smooth operation, and kit hardware, brackets, and installation materials for our field crews. Some days you’ll step into the field to assist with site measurements or lend a hand on complex installs. By 5:00 PM, you’ll wrap with a quality inspection, confident the product is installation-ready.
