Responsibilities

As a Welder Helper, your key responsibilities will be to assist welders with preparing materials, maintaining safe and organized work areas, and supporting fabrication and repair tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of construction, welding support, or related field experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and materials preferred.
  • OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Capability to safely use hand tools, grinders, torches, and measuring equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and travel.
Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
