Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday Off (Overtime as Needed)

What You’ll Lead Field Execution Lead and support the installation of awnings and shade systems at residential and commercial sites

Plan and coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for each jobBe the on-site point of contact, setting expectations and delivering great service

Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite

Use power tools and installation equipment efficiently

Shop Production Assist with assembly, fabrication, and product preparation

Install and fit fabric to frames for finished systems

Package, stage, and load materials for upcoming projects

Collaborate across shop and field teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications

Required2+ years in construction, installation, or related hands-on roles

Proficient with power tools and measuring equipment

Mechanical aptitude; accurate tape measure reading

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Demonstrated leadership potential and desire to grow

Preferred

Positive attitude; team-first mindset

Excellent communication and customer service

Ownership mentality with independent problem-solving

Physical & License Requirements Lift/carry up to 75 lbs regularly

Comfortable using ladders and aerial lifts

Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the dayWork indoors/outdoors in changing weather

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Able to operate company vehicles

Compensation & Benefits Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (DOE)
