Overview
Warehouse Associate with Room & Board involves working as part of a team to unload inbound deliveries, pick orders from racks, and manage inventory using a computerized system in a 700,000+ sq. ft. distribution center.
Schedule: Monday through Friday – 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with occasional paid overtime.
Job Location: 6651 Queens Ave NE, Otsego, MN 55330.
SalarySalary: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour ($43,680 – $47,840 per year). Guaranteed 40‑hour workweek, plus occasional paid overtime.

- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items up to 100+ lbs. while using personal and collaborative means.
- Operate dollies, order pickers, pallet jacks, and hand trucks—prior experience preferred, training provided.
- Work at heights up to 24 feet and operate lift equipment safely.
- Pass all pre‑employment tasks, including a physical abilities test.
- Provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire.
