OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Operations Officer – Administration to manage and oversee administrative and operational functions within a remote hospitality-based environment. This role is responsible for implementing and improving administrative procedures, coordinating office operations, and ensuring organizational policies and deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities- Include overseeing daily administrative activities, reviewing and implementing operational procedures, managing records and documentation, assisting with budget preparation, monitoring inventory and expenditures, and preparing regular reports and correspondence.
- The role also requires coordination of office workflows and supporting compliance with internal policies.
- The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in operations management, Hospitality Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
- Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
