The Canadian Dental Hygienists Association (CDHA), a national not-for-profit association that represents more than 34,000 dental hygienists, is seeking a resourceful, knowledgeable, experienced, and well-organized Administrative Coordinator to join our dedicated staff team.
As a member of CDHA’s dental hygiene practice team and reporting to the Manager of Professional Development, the Administrative Coordinator will provide advanced administrative support. Responsibilities include coordinating PD activities and events, managing correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining woman records, schedules, and databases related to professional development, ensuring compliance with CDHA policies and regulatory requirements, and advising the Manager on administrative processes and efficiencies.

- Ensure compliance with CDHA policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative advice and support to the Manager of Professional Development.
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible office experience.
- College diploma in a related field such as office administration.
- Superior written, oral, proofreading, and time-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual experience (English and French) is an asset.
- Previous experience in a professional organizationinton association is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range $56,928 to $66,974, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The position requires a minimum work week of 37.5 full-time hours (Monday through Friday); occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
