This role involves ensuring the accurate and efficient management of contract-related deliverables and documentation. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with contract milestones and terminology.
Responsibilities:
• Record, track, and manage deliverables associated with contracts, ensuring all data is logged accurately.
• Verify documentation for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical records using SharePoint and other tools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure contract milestones are met and properly documented.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to facilitate efficient data entry and tracking.
• Scan and photocopy documents as needed to support project requirements.
• Support office functions by managing invoices and other financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with government clearance requirements and company policies.
