Make an impact with our Administration team as a Senior Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities
Review, modify and prepare moderately complex templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence materials; research, compile and summarize information/dataSupport leader(s) through calendar and email management, invoicing and A/REnter, review and maintain client accounts and contact information in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) platformReview upcoming deadlines and work requirements with the team; coordinate the logistics and flow of work to specific team members (i.e., documents for review/signature)Record minutes at various meetings and distribute or archive them accordinglyPrepare and submit expense reportsCoordinate and schedule internal and external meeting and appointment logistics and prepare supporting materialCoordinate travel arrangements and reservationsMaintain electronic and paper filing systemsContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processesWork collaboratively with other team members and leadershipMaintain flexibility to work overtime, as necessarySkills and Experience
Post-secondary education in business administration is considered an asset5+ years of increasingly complex administrative responsibilitiesExperience in a professional services environment is considered an assetStrong client service focus in dealing with both external and internal clientsExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
