Osler is recruiting for a full‑time Trademark Administration Clerk in the Ottawa office. The clerk reports to the Supervisor of Trademarks and provides clerical and administrative support to legal professionals in the Intellectual Property department of the national Trademark practice.
Responsibilities- Receive requests for service in person, by e‑mail, or Teams from end‑users in the firm’s national Trademarks team.
- Open registered Trademark matters using the New Business Intake form and the IP database (Inprotech).
