JOB SUMMARY
The Business and Technical Solutions unit is responsible for the overall design, planning, development, customization and/or integration of e-business and other applications/solutions or special technical projects in response to business requirements or legislative changes; the provision of technical support to the Policy and Business Operations Branch’s internal and external clients; and processing print requests, mail and coordinating courier services for all City of Ottawa departments.
Under the direction of the Team Lead, Mail & Print Solutions, you assist in the provision of mail services and printing services to clients throughout the City of Ottawa.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Student
Less than 4 months of related experience is required
Must have some related experience, including:
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of, and familiarity with, general office procedures
