Your OpportunityOur Rockland office is looking for an Administrative Professional
. This replacement role will require you to be in office 100% of the time, and you will own the following responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a group of Partners including all incoming and outgoing communications as well as calendar management and acting as the gatekeeper for all external and internal contacts
- Provide assistance at reception
- Ensure all documents and deliverables are properly edited prior to being sent to clients
- Provide coverage for other support staff during vacations, illness and other absenteeism as requested by the Admin manager
- Photocopy and file important documents such as reports, meeting notes, emails, letters; assist with client mailouts and other general admin and clerical duties as assigned
- Serve as point of contact for clients to address issues related to billing and document travel
- Lead client invoices, databases and meeting coordination
- Lead workflow software/systems including tracking and reporting
- Assist with Partner expense reports
- Provide administrative support to multiple Partners and staff within the office, including calendar management and inbox prioritization
- Client interaction to support information requests and follow-ups
- Assist with billing, collections and processing of A/R and A/P

- You have 2 years of working experience in an Administrative or similar role
- You have an Office Administration diploma or other relevant education
- Prior working experience at a professional services firm is considered a strong asset
- You have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
- You have the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle confidential information
- You have strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills both written and oral
- You value teamwork, client service and quality in detailed work
Pay Range: $45,000 - $48,000/annum
