We are currently looking for an experienced Full Time Office Administrator/ Receptionist to join our team in Ottawa. This role combines front-desk reception duties with administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently, professionally and in an organized manner.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional and comfortable serving as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors and visitors.

Office Administrator/Receptionist Duties
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting tenants, visitors and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage general office inquiries.
  • Oversee and manage daily office administrative operations.
  • Order Office Supplies and manage general office needs.
  • Support the team with reporting, data entry and operational tracking.
  • Maintain accurate tenant records in Yardi.
  • Support move-in and move-out administration, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and filed.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Support the leasing team, with showings, scheduling viewings, etc.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years administration and/or receptionist experience (property management experience considered an asset).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong internal coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and other programs as required.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Pay: $50,000 annually
