Location: Nepean

To obtain six (6) junior level recordkeeping clerks to support the Holly Lane Records Centre (HLRC) with dormant records management and disposition. Contract Period 16 March 2026 12 February 2027 Contract Duration 48 weeks Requirement to assist in the disposition of dormant records. The position involves physical work in a records management environment. Candidates must meet the following physical and attention requirements:
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 22 kgs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • High level of attention to detail
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Each resource will be required to perform the following tasks:
  • Retrieving materials
  • Returning materials to their correct location
  • Cataloguing of Box Information assist with Disposition
  • Separation of files for destruction
  • Copying and filing
  • Receiving and distributing mail
  • Operating standard office equipment
  • Maintaining databases
  • Lifting and carrying boxes up to 22 kgs
  • PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
    Lifting Requirement Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 22 kgs Standing Requirement Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Attention to Detail High level of attention to detail required PPE Steel Toe Shoes MANDATORY Candidate is responsible for providing their own steel toe shoes prior to start date PPE Face Covering Face covering mask required on site at all times Work Environment Records management warehouse / office environment MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

    To be declared responsive, bids must meet all minimum mandatory criteria for THS Category 1.13 Clerk, Records Management, Intermediate level, as listed on the THS for the Client website. Candidates must clearly demonstrate how they meet each mandatory criterion. Simply listing experience without supporting detail will not be considered demonstrated.
