As the Site Administrator, you will manage administrative functions and act as the primary Shipper/Receiver. Key responsibilities include electronic timecard entry, onboarding new hires, and maintaining effective communication between site and head office departments. You will also organize purchase orders, manage inventory, and oversee shipping and receiving documents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for daily site operations
• Enter timecards electronically for payroll processing
• Act as first contact for site visitors and employees
• Collaborate with Head Office to streamline paperwork
• Manage site inventory and waste effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with construction management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs
