As an Automotive Contracts Clerk, you will play a critical role within our Regional Business Office, handling documentation for both new and used vehicle sales. Your responsibilities include ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate, processing checks for trade-ins, and collaborating closely with various departments for administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bill new and used car deals for the accounting department
• Organize and ensure completeness of deal-related paperwork
• Process trade-in pay-off checks to lenders
• Maintain commission reports for accurate tracking
• Route completed transactions promptly to title clerk
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of dealership DMS, preferably CDK
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
• Good social and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
