In this critical role, the Executive Assistant provides tailored support to the Bishop, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external matters. Key duties include managing calendars, prepping materials for parish visits, and ensuring smooth office operations. A proactive, client-centered approach is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Bishop's calendar management and correspondence
• Facilitate parish visit arrangements and communication
• Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for council meetings
• Maintain diocesan directory and personal filing systems
• Organize professional development and programming events
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-10 years of executive support experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field
• Proficiency in office software and administration
• Knowledge of Anglican Church structure and practices
• Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
