As part of the Corporate Services Department, you will assist the Municipal Clerk and Deputy Clerk with administrative tasks. Key skills include proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, exceptional organizational abilities, and previous experience in a municipal setting. Your work will focus on preparing meeting agendas, managing public inquiries, and coordinating vital licensing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Council policies and administrative duties

• Issue marriage licenses and officiate ceremonies

• Schedule and post public meeting notices

• Record minutes for Advisory Committees accurately

• Assist with municipal elections and events

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Public or Business Administration

• Two to four years of municipal experience

• Proficiency in meeting management and office software

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Valid Class “G” driver’s license and Police Records Check
