As part of the CANEX HQ team, this role requires a detail-oriented and resourceful individual to prepare reports, manage corporate communications, and facilitate travel claims. Your administrative expertise will support financial documentation and streamline various processes crucial for effective service delivery while collaborating with team members. If you're passionate about enhancing the well-being of Armed Forces members, this position is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate data entry and compilation
• Prepare essential reports and spreadsheets
• Monitor administrative email communications
• Assist with travel claim processing
• Support financial document preparation and tracking
Requirements:
• College diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in office administration and data management
• Proficiency in invoice processing and record-keeping
• Strong organizational skills and client focus
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
