This role connects you to the advancement teams and alumni while performing essential data entry and outreach tasks. As a currently enrolled student at Algonquin, you will support organization and coordination efforts and help with various office responsibilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to follow instructions will help you excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer and technical support to advancement team
• Conduct donor outreach via email and phone
• Execute general data entry tasks accurately
• Support storage organization and coordination efforts
• Assist with clerical duties under the Collective Agreement
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled full-time at Algonquin College
• Eligible for the College Student Employment Program (CSEP)
• Demonstrate financial need with OSAP or similar aid
• Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exhibits detail-oriented abilities under supervision
