As a key contact for Newborn Screening Ontario, you will collaborate with program staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of patient information. You'll handle data entry, filing, and reporting tasks while participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Your role directly supports the delivery of essential newborn care services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and verify patient information efficiently
• Retrieve and send reports to healthcare providers
• File documents accurately to maintain organization
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects
• Run daily data warehouse queries and updates
Requirements:
• High school diploma is required
• Typing speed of 125 words per minute
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
