The Executive Assistant will manage daily operations for multiple Executives, overseeing calendar appointments, travel arrangements, and expense reports. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to three Executives daily
• Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including logistics
• Attend meetings to record minutes and track actions
• Support claims administration and maintain electronic files
• Manage an active register for accurate contract tracking
Requirements:
• Experience in administrative or executive support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information discreetly
