Become a Project Administrative Assistant responsible for providing robust administrative support in construction projects. Organize crucial documentation and facilitate communication among teams for optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize documentation and control workflows for projects
• Manage meeting logistics and minutes accurately
• Support financial data entry and monthly billing cycles
• Maintain subcontract and purchase order documentation
• Assist with project closeout requirements and logistics
Requirements:
• Diploma in Administration or related field required
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of accounting functions necessary
• Proficient with MS Office and other project software
• Organized, meticulous, and able to prioritize effectively
