The Project Officer will work closely with the Finance and Administration Manager to uphold essential administrative and operational functions for our community resource center. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and possess strong organizational skills.
Your role will significantly influence our community-focused mission and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate office operations and support logistics
• Maintain financial records and assist in bookkeeping
• Aid HR processes and manage volunteer coordination
• Support compliance and audit preparation efforts
• Help in documentation of grants and donations
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant fields such as Business Administration
• 2-3 years in finance, operations, or administration roles
• Experience with Sage 50 or similar accounting tools
• Strong digital literacy and bilingual skills preferred
• Proven ability to engage with diverse communities
