Position: Shipper/Receiver Site Administrator Role
Seymour Pacific Developments seeks a Site Administrator – Shipper/Receiver for its Ottawa location. This dynamic role entails overseeing site materials while handling essential administrative functions in various weather conditions.
In this position, you will be responsible for administrative tasks on-site and managing the flow of materials. You’ll uphold administrative efficiency, assist with onboarding, and prepare documentation as needed. The role emphasizes collaboration with Head Office personnel while ensuring communication across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain administrative support for efficient site operations

• Enter timecards electronically for payroll processing

• Organize rapid purchase orders and packing slips

• Track deliveries and manage site inventory effectively

• Prepare necessary reports for internal and external dissemination
Requirements:

• At least two years in an administrative capacity

• Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Construction management software experience beneficial

• Strong time management and interpersonal skills

• Physical capability to lift 35 lbs
