Join Live Nation Entertainment as an Office Administrator at the new venue HISTORY Ottawa. This exciting role involves managing office operations, supporting event coordination, and providing excellent customer service.
In this pivotal position, you will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to streamline payroll, vendor invoicing, and daily venue reports. Your responsibilities will also include assisting staff, scheduling, onboarding, and equipment coordination. The role demands a proactive self-starter who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about live events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations and procedures effectively
• Support daily venue operation reporting
• Assist with staff scheduling and onboarding
• Coordinate vendor services and event reconciling
• Handle incoming and outgoing communication
Requirements:
• English and French fluency, verbal and written
• Basic experience with MS Office and POS systems
• Strong customer service skills and calm demeanor
• Prior experience in live events preferred
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills
