STL Engineering is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with three or more years of experience to join our Finance team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing payroll, and handling various administrative tasks. You will also provide support for marketing efforts, ensuring smooth office operations and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records for STL Engineering

• Process invoices and payments efficiently

• Manage payroll operations for staff

• Handle general office duties and greet visitors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, or a related field

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, including Quick Books Online

• Understanding of Canadian tax laws and regulations

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
