Black & McDonald is actively seeking a motivated Office Administrator for a one-year contract with its growing ESAP Project team. This critical role involves coordinating onboarding, managing office supplies, and assisting with payroll entries. Your contribution is essential to maintaining efficient operations in a collaborative environment that values teamwork and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees
• Manage office supplies and maintain equipment inventory
• Organize meetings, events, and assist in scheduling
• Process vendor invoices and support accounts payables
• Ensure weekly timesheet submissions and payroll entries
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of related office administration experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance
• Experience in construction/facility management is an asset
