Our client seeks a detail-oriented Executive Coordinator with at least four years of experience in executive support and project coordination. The successful candidate will manage executive schedules, correspondence, and event logistics while maintaining confidentiality. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects and stakeholder communications effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to senior leadership
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and event logistics
• Track project deliverables and deadlines
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Liaise with various stakeholders including government representatives
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of executive support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• French language skills are a plus
