This role is integral to the Plumbing/Locates Department, overseeing daily scheduling for technicians and coordinating service calls. You'll ensure accurate documentation, handle invoicing, and facilitate communication across various platforms and teams while supporting clients and field crews.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily service calls and inspections for plumbing needs
• Create work orders and timely invoices for service completion
• Schedule locators and service technicians efficiently
• Handle Purchase Orders and departmental invoicing as required
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to appropriate teams
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in office coordination or administrative roles
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities with clients and crews
• Familiarity with ticketing and scheduling software preferred
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and related systems
Drive operational success by managing schedules, billing, and team communication effectively.
