In this position, you will report to Lead Advisors and provide vital administrative assistance. Key responsibilities include scheduling, managing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. A strong foundation in business administration or a related field, along with 3-5 years in a client-facing role, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing client relationships and scheduling appointments
• Prepare documentation for client meetings and accounts
• Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly
• Maintain compliance in client files and documentation
• Support office operations including supply management
Requirements:
• College diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical client interactions
