This is a 2-month contract with potential for extension. You will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage schedules and travel arrangements, prepare communications, and facilitate coordination between teams and stakeholders. This position is ideal for candidates with significant experience in executive support and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings
• Coordinate detailed travel plans and itineraries
• Prepare meeting agendas and documentation
• Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up
• Draft and proofread various communications
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Executive Assistant role
• Experience with calendar and travel management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
