Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily workflow for executive offices

• Draft executive correspondence and prepare materials

• Manage confidential documents and filing systems

• Track reports and support scorecard documentation

• Arrange travel and meetings for leadership

Requirements:

• Post-secondary training in Office or Business Administration

• 6-8 years of relevant experience

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Share Point

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Security clearance eligibility required
