Enhance your career at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre as a Temporary Scheduling Clerk. This part-time role requires adeptness in staff scheduling and data entry across various shifts.
As a Scheduling Clerk, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure optimal staffing schedules and support the overall operational effectiveness of the center. You'll manage staffing data within the UKG system and assist with payroll needs, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Program Managers with staffing needs and reports
• Enter and maintain data in the UKG system
• Create and distribute staff schedules and rotations
• Address staffing requests and monitor vacancies
• Conduct orientation for new scheduling staff as needed
Requirements:
• OSSD or equivalent is required
• Recent experience in computerized scheduling systems
• Strong typing and data entry capability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Current knowledge of WHMIS and fire safety required
