Position: Intake Administrator for System Navigation
Become an Intake Administrator with Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre in Ottawa. This bilingual role offers full-time administrative and client coordination responsibilities in a vibrant health-focused community.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the System Navigation team effectively. This includes handling client intake, managing scheduling, and ensuring the accuracy of client records. The position demands strong organizational skills and a commitment to high-quality service to help clients access necessary community resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative support for the team

• Support client intake and appointment scheduling

• Ensure confidentiality in handling client information

• Coordinate logistics for meetings and case conferences

• Maintain and update client information databases

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in a related field

• 2-4 years in a similar administrative role

• Bilingual in English and French is required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
