CNL is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to enhance workflow coordination in Chalk River, Ontario. This pivotal role involves meticulous scheduling, correspondence, and liaising with division staff.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to department management. Required skills include advanced Microsoft SharePoint, Word, and Excel proficiency, as well as excellent written communication and organizational abilities. Your expertise in multitasking and problem-solving will ensure efficacy and clarity within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate department workflow and meeting schedules

• Manage correspondence and maintain departmental records

• Organize seminars, workshops, and travel arrangements

• Liaison between management and staff for smooth operations

• Assist with budgeting and reporting for project outcomes

Requirements:

• Five years of administrative assistant experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Share Point

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly

• Security clearance eligibility required
