Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding support to residents for inquiries
• Oversee office administration and maintain filing systems
• Draft collection notices and oversee lease governance
• Assist with scheduling service requests and community procedures
• Review rent rolls and aged receivables for accuracy
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED completion
• 1+ years in customer service or related roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments
