Key Responsibilities:
• Organize workflow and expedite daily tasks
• Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondence
• Review registrations and CIPO communications for accuracy
• Liaise with clients and legal professionals at all levels
• Maintain practice management systems and manage files
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Intellectual Property, focusing on Trademarks
• Legal Administrative Assistant Diploma or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
