In this role, you will provide project coordination, from handling timelines to stakeholder engagement. Your contribution includes preparing communications, maintaining documents, and supporting health data dissemination, while ensuring the integrity of reports and team interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate project management from initiation through delivery
• Schedule and document team meetings and communications
• Manage intake processes for stakeholder queries
• Prepare and coordinate the release of health data products
• Oversee documentation management on Share Point
Requirements:
• Degree in Health, Business Admin, or related area
• 1–3 years in coordination or administrative roles
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and project tools
• Familiarity with health care systems preferred
