This permanent position is ideal for candidates with 2-3 years in administrative roles, particularly in support of senior leaders. Your skills in organizing, managing budgets, and communication will be essential in streamlining operations. The role includes two in-office days weekly, increasing in September 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Vice-Presidents
• Coordinate leadership meetings with required materials
• Manage calendars, travel, and correspondence
• Administer budgets and track expenses accurately
• Identify improvements for administrative efficiency
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with discretion
Support leadership and improve operations in a pivotal administrative role at EDC.
