• Schedule client appointments and maintain system entries

• Organize corporate communications and respond to inquiries

• Supervise student placements and office management

• Monitor supplies and maintain office inventory
Requirements:

• Experience with clients facing various barriers

• Strong administrative and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of specific software advantageous

• Bilingual in English and French preferred

• Ability to pass background checks
