Our Ottawa office plays a key role in supporting a diverse range of search mandates and client engagements across Ontario. This internship will support Boyden’s Ontario two offices, providing exposure to work across multiple teams and projects within the region. OverviewBoyden is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support a variety of projects and operational initiatives. This role is ideal for a university student or recent graduate who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys working on diverse assignments. This is a full-time, in-office position designed as a hands-on learning experience, providing exposure to multiple business functions and real-time project work.
We are looking for a candidate who is available to begin as soon as possible.
- Support multiple projects across teams, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Assist with research, data organization, and document preparation
- Follow detailed instructions to execute tasks effectively while remaining adaptable to shifting priorities
- Track project progress and support coordination activities
- Identify issues and contribute to practical, solutions-oriented problem solving
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Collaborate with team members and communicate updates clearly and professionally
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable following processes and detailed instructions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Highly adaptable with the ability to support a variety of tasks
- Process oriented with a keen eye for ongoing improvement
- Interest in project management, operations, professional services, or consulting environments
This is a temporary, in-office internship intended to provide hands‑on experience within a professional services environment. Successful candidates will gain exposure to project coordination, operational workflows, and cross‑functional collaboration at Boyden Ontario.
