Executive Assistant

The OpportunityYou will be the operational backbone for Corel’s senior leadership, ensuring the executive team stays focused on the decisions that matter most. This role is about anticipating needs, solving problems before they surface, and keeping a fast-moving organization running smoothly.
A Day in the Life- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, coordinating meetings for senior leaders with internal teams, board members, and external partners.
- Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up action items for executive and board-level meetings — ensuring leadership time translates into clear outcomes.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, expense reporting, and event planning with precision and resourcefulness.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the executive team and cross-functional departments, helping ensure that customer‑critical priorities stay on track.
- Draft and edit internal communications, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior leaders — matching tone and context to the audience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or VP-level executives in a fast‑paced technology or professional services environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you draft polished correspondence and know when tone matters.
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Slack, and travel management platforms.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Comfort operating independently with minimal day‑to‑day supervision.
- A proactive mindset — you anticipate what’s needed before being asked.
- Consistent use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Experience supporting executives in a remote‑first or distributed company.
- Proficiency in German.
- Familiarity with board meeting logistics and corporate governance processes.
