Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily schedules for field service calls and inspections

• Create and submit accurate work orders and invoices

• Plan assignments for locators, technicians, and CCTV crews

• Manage purchase orders and invoice processing

• Direct incoming calls and handle customer inquiries effectively

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant office coordination experience

• Capacity for multi-tasking and detail orientation

• Strong computer skills, especially in Google Workspace

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
