Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain organization of all project documentation

• Manage tracking of subtrade billings on a monthly basis

• Draft Site Instructions and related quotations

• Issue Change Order Proposals for approval

• Support project closeouts and internal communications
Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business or construction management is a plus

• 1-2 years in an administrative role preferred

• High level of detail orientation and organization

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
