Responsibilities:
• Welcome employees, visitors, and clients with professionalism, creating a positive and well-organized front desk experience.
• Keep the reception area, conference rooms, and shared office spaces clean, orderly, and ready for daily use.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, courier services, and deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide support for general office questions and assist with routine administrative tasks as needed.
• Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate reordering to ensure essential items remain in stock.
• Submit maintenance requests and collaborate with property management to address and resolve facility-related concerns.
• Prepare boardrooms and meeting spaces, confirm audiovisual equipment is working properly, and restore rooms after meetings.
• Arrange employee travel, including transportation, hotel accommodations, and itinerary coordination.
• Partner with external IT vendors to assist with equipment orders, troubleshooting, and technology setup.
• Support meetings and events by scheduling appointments, coordinating catering, working with vendors, and tracking office-related receipts and expenses.
