Position: Executive Business Partner for CEO
Support the CEO at Knak in a multifaceted role focused on business and personal priorities. Manage communication, scheduling, and logistics to enhance executive productivity.

As the Executive Business Partner, you will be the CEO’s right hand, guaranteeing smooth operations through efficient calendar management and prioritization of key meetings. You'll handle communication follow-ups, travel logistics, and administrative functions that allow the CEO to direct attention to impactful leadership tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize the CEO’s calendar and prioritize impactful meetings

• Manage communications, summarizing long threads

• Attend meetings, track action items, and ensure follow through

• Prepare briefs, identify decision needs, and coordinate travel

• Anticipate logistical needs and remove operational friction

Requirements:

• 5+ years supporting a CEO or senior leader

• Strong communication and project tracking skills

• Proficient with AI tools and Google Workspace

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Experience in a fast-growing environment preferred
