As a key member of Gowling WLG, you will provide full-scale administrative support for legal professionals. Your responsibilities include organizing workflows, preparing legal documents, and liaising with clients, ensuring smooth operations within the firm. Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and expedite work flow through the practice
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence accurately
• Transcribe and type legal documents and correspondence
• Liaise with professionals and clients at all levels
• Support electronic filings and patent prosecution processes
Requirements:
• Diploma in Administrative or Legal Administrative Assistance
• Minimum three years' experience in Intellectual Property
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong keyboard and dicta-typing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
