• Welcome clients with professionalism via various communication channels

• Oversee office supply management and correspondence

• Ensure tidiness of shared spaces, including conference rooms

• Assist accounting with incoming invoices and cheques

• Process office invoices using Coupa and manage purchase orders

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Office or Business Administration

• 3+ years in office administration roles

• Strong typing and computer skills essential

• Background in accounts payable tasks

• Bilingual in English and French necessary
